Field 02 — Scope
Three kinds of work, and they usually arrive together. A system gets built, the paperwork around it gets automated, and the numbers finally end up somewhere you can read them.
A — Custom software
Not a product you have to bend your operation around. We map the real process first, then build to it.
B — Back-office automation
Documents that arrive as paper or email get read, filed and posted without anyone re-encoding them by hand.
C — Reporting
Branches, lanes and staff reporting into the same place, so the morning question has one answer instead of four.
Field 03 — Method
Four steps, in this order, every time. The order matters: we do not write code until we can describe your process back to you correctly.
A half day with the people who actually do the work, tracing one order or one patient from first contact to filed copy.
We write the process back to you in plain language, including the exceptions everyone forgets. Nothing gets built until that map is right.
Working screens in front of you at short intervals, not a demo at the end. Changes are cheap while the thing is still soft.
We train at your own counter, on your own data, and stay reachable afterwards. The goal is that you stop needing us daily.
Field 04 — Handover
You get the working system, the documentation, and staff who can run it without a phone call. Where the system lives, and who else can touch it, is written down before we start.
If you would rather we keep running it, that is a service you choose, never a lock you discover later.
Field 05 — Fit
We work best with owner-run Philippine businesses between ten and a few hundred staff, where one person still knows every step and that is starting to be the problem.
Stock that is counted twice, prices that live in someone's head, and receipts re-typed at the end of the day.
Queues, records and schedules still held together by a logbook and the one staff member who understands it.
Trips, manifests and proof of delivery that only become visible once the driver comes back to the office.
